About Your PLR & MRR License
Each of the 6000+ videos you get in the Ultimate Vertical Video Kit comes with Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR)…
With your license to the 6000+ videos, you are authorized to:
- Use the videos to promote your own products and services online
2. Sell each video collection “as is”, however you must change the name for each collection so that’s unique to you. (This is to minimize competition for you when selling the products.)
3. Edit, rename, or rebrand each of the 6000+ videos however, you like
4. Resell the products with or without passing along PLR and MRR rights—it’s entirely up to you.
5. Give away portions of the content as lead magnets, blog articles, bonuses, webinar material, and more.
6. Add the products to membership sites, coaching curriculum, e-Classes and other paid access sites.
7. Create upsells / cross-sells / one-time offers and other special deals with pieces of the content.
8. Develop any other new/original product from the content.
Usage Restrictions
To maintain the value and uniqueness of this bundle, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. You may not use my original sales page design, images, or sales copy (i.e., the page and content you viewed when purchasing this bundle) to promote or sell the products—either individually or as a bundle.
2. You cannot use my name “Paul Aiken” or the offer name “The Ultimate Vertical Video Bundle” in the products you sell.
3. You must create your own custom sales pages, promotional images, and copy to ensure your offers are original. This not only protects your investment but also helps distinguish your products from other resellers.
4. You are required to use your own Canva template links (which are free to create) when distributing these products to your customers. Please do not share or distribute my template links. (Instructions for creating your own links are provided in the kit.)
